Cancellation Policy
All orders placed with Wisco Wear are processed promptly and enter production shortly after purchase—typically within a few hours. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or processed. Each item is custom-designed and often requires the purchase of materials specific to your order, which prevents us from accepting cancellations. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details (size, color, personalization, and quantities) are correct. All customized items are produced according to the specifications provided at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of Wisco Wear products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item unless there is a material defect or an error on our part at the time of production. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you believe there is an issue related to workmanship or a material defect, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Requests submitted after this time frame will not be eligible for replacement.

Please note that variations in fonts, vinyl colors, and final appearance may occur, and slight color differences can result from individual monitor or screen settings. As such, we are unable to remake or refund items due to customer preference, incorrect selections at checkout, or dissatisfaction with font style, color choice, sizing (apparel or decals), or overall design appearance.

All decals are measured by the longest side (in inches). For example, a whale design is measured by width, while an anchor design is measured by height. Personalized and customized items are final sale.

Production & Shipping Timeline
Our standard production turnaround time is 10–14 business days. Once shipped, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery. Turnaround times do not include weekends or holidays and may vary slightly during peak seasons.
